Natalie Song Allen is the founder and creator of Coco Noche, a special chocolate café. For the past six years she has been assisting in the financial oversight of Faction Creative, Inc., a motion picture advertising company. Ms. Allen is a former On-board Service Manager for North West airlines, an Area Sales Manager for Macy’s, and Assistant Buyer for Bullock’s Wilshire. She has also volunteered at local Manhattan Beach Schools for more than ten years.
Roger Song is the sommelier for Coco Noche. He attended the Korean Wine Insititue and studied wine immersion courses at the Culinary Insititue of America in Napa Valley, California. He has recently completed a tour of Europe visiting and studying numerous vineyards and wines.
